Elevate your experience with exceptional food and drink as you cruise the stunning Sydney Harbour and coastline. We offer a comprehensive range of specially prepared food and beverage selections on board Quantum. Our menus provide both exquisite contemporary Australian and international flavours using fresh and local produce. Whether you’re on board for drinks and canapés, a casual buffet, lavish fine dining or an intimate meal for two, our sumptuous and beautifully presented dining options will ensure your event is a memorable success.
For short cruises we source your choice of cuisine from Sydney’s premium caterers, Piquant Catering. Our team can also source on-board catering from any provider of your choice for a unique tailored experience for yourself and your guests. For longer cruises and overnight charters, your food will be meticulously planned and prepared to your tastes by your own professional on-board chef.
QUANTUM
On-Board Staff
Quantum is professionally crewed with skipper, engineer and deck crew with additional waitstaff and Chef available as required for your charter.
Additional waitstaff members are available at a rate of $115 per hour. One waitperson is required per 10 guests onboard.
A professional on-board chef is required onboard at a rate of $140 per hour for all 4 hour charters and $650 per day for overnight charters.
